Summary note:
Retrospective study of the kinetic work of Palatnik (b. Brazil 1928). Palatnik is a pioneer of the use of technology in art and a researcher on light and the effects of space in the viewer senses, leaving aside painting and figuration to paint directly with light, an later experimenting with the aesthetic potential of magnetic fields creating a productive exchange between art, science, technology and industry.
